A company must have a bloodborne
exposure control plan in place.
Proof of a written Hazard Communication
plan
Proof of a written Respiratory
Protection plan
Proof of valid contract with a State
Registered Medical Waste Transporter or Regulated Medical Waste
Treatment Facility.
Proof of Workman's Compensation
Insurance if applicable.
A company must have a minimum of $1
million dollars in liability insurance.
A company must pay an annual membership
fee of $100.00 per year
A company must honor the
by-laws of the association and the code of ethics set forth by the
American Society of Bio Recovery Technicians
As a member you are expected to be active in this
association and by joining us you are also accepted as a member of
