1. A company must provide proof  of business, letter head, a copy of your occupational license.
2. Summary of Qualifications .
3. A company must have a bloodborne exposure control plan in place.
4. Proof of a written Hazard Communication plan
5. Proof of  a written Respiratory Protection plan
6. Proof of valid contract with a State Registered Medical Waste Transporter or Regulated Medical Waste Treatment Facility.
7. Proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance if applicable.
8. A  company must have a minimum of $1 million dollars in liability insurance.
9. A company must have a Surety Bond for Staff and Employees
10. A  company must pay an annual membership fee of $100.00 per year

11. A  company must honor the by-laws of the association and the code of ethics set forth by the American Society of Bio Recovery Technicians

OSHA Required Certification in

   1. Blood borne Pathogens

   2. Respirator Protection

   3. Personal Protection Equipment

   4. Hazardous Communication

   5. Bio Recovery Technician Certification

   6. A Bio Recovery Technician may join individually

   7. A Individual must pay an annual fee of $50.00 per year if applying separately
